Disclosures

Effective January 2026

Faithful Christian College (FAITHFL) provides the following disclosures to every prospective student prior to enrollment or collection of any fees.

1. Fees and Costs

A complete schedule of all fees and costs is detailed in the attached Fee Schedule.

  • Current Peer-Review Phase: $39 per course (flat rate; no credit hours awarded).
  • Post-Exemption Phase (upon religious exemption confirmation): $90 per credit hour (e.g., a 3-credit course = $270), $39 one-time application fee (non-refundable), and registration fee up to $39 per quarter (non-refundable).
  • Costs may be reduced through partnerships with churches and non-profits offering subsidies or scholarships.
  • No other mandatory fees are currently assessed.
  • Additional costs (e.g., books or materials) are disclosed. See individual course pages.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full tuition refund (minus non-refundable fees) if written withdrawal is received within 10 business days of enrollment or course start date, whichever is later.
  • Thereafter, prorated refunds based on course progress:
    • After Lesson 2: 75%
    • After Lesson 3: 50%
    • After Lesson 4: 25%
    • After Lesson 6 or beyond: 0%
  • Application and registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds processed within 30 days of written notice.

3. Exit Examination Requirements

Faithful Christian College has no exit examination requirements for completion of courses, certificates, or degree programs. Completion is based on satisfactory coursework and assignments.

4. Grade Point Average Required for Program/Degree Completion

A minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale is required for completion of any certificate or degree program. Students are required to retake courses to complete certificates or degrees.

Individual courses must generally be passed with a grade of D (1.0) or better, though some core religious courses may require higher minimum grades. Students falling below a 2.0 GPA may be placed on academic probation.

5. Accreditation Status

Faithful Christian College operates as a religious institution exempt from licensure under s. 1005.06(1)(f), Florida Statutes.

The college is not accredited by any agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

Programs, degrees, and credits are intended solely for religious vocations, ministry, and service within faith communities. They may not transfer to secular institutions and may not be recognized by employers or licensing bodies requiring accredited credentials.

Additional Important Information

  • Transferability of Credits: Credits earned at FAITHFL might not transfer to other institutions. Transferability is at the sole discretion of the receiving institution.
  • Financial Assistance: The college does not participate in federal or state financial aid programs (Title IV) and offers no institutional loans.
  • Employment Placement: No job placement services or guarantees are provided.
