Student Policies

Effective January 2026

Faithful Christian College (FAITHFL) is a religious institution committed to providing faith-based education in a supportive online environment. These policies apply to all students and are designed to foster spiritual growth, academic integrity, and community respect in alignment with our Christian mission.

All students agree to these policies upon enrollment, as referenced in our Terms and Conditions.

1. Student Complaints Procedure

Faithful Christian College is committed to addressing student concerns promptly and fairly.

  1. Students should first attempt to resolve concerns informally with the relevant instructor or staff member.
  2. If the issue remains unresolved, the student should submit a formal written complaint to the college administration via email to complaints@faithfl.net (or in writing to the college’s mailing address). The complaint should include full details of the concern and the desired resolution.
  3. The administration will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days, review the matter (which may include gathering information from involved parties), and provide a written response within 15 business days.
  4. If the student is not satisfied with the resolution, they may appeal in writing to the President within 10 business days of the response. The President’s decision is final.
  5. Records of complaints and resolutions are maintained confidentially for at least three years.

  2. The administration will notify the student in writing of the allegation and provide an opportunity for the student to respond within 7 business days.
  3. The administration will review the matter, which may include gathering information from the student, instructor, or other parties.
  4. If a violation is determined, appropriate sanctions may be applied, including written warning, probation, required remedial work, suspension from courses, or dismissal from the college. The decision and reasons will be communicated in writing.
