By accessing the Site, registering an account, enrolling in a course, or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

To use the Site and Services, you must be at least 13 years old. Users under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) may only use the Services under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

For users aged 13 to 17: By registering an account, enrolling in a course, or purchasing Services, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Parents/guardians are responsible for all activities conducted through the minor’s account and for ensuring compliance with these Terms.

For users under 13: Access is prohibited without prior verifiable parental consent and, where applicable, school authorization (in compliance with laws such as COPPA). If you are a parent/guardian providing consent for a child under 13, contact us at support@faithfl.net to arrange access.

We welcome high school students participating in dual enrollment programs, certificate courses, or degree pathways (offered directly or through our partners). Enrollment for these may require additional verification, such as school approval, parental consent forms, or partner institution requirements.

We reserve the right to request proof of age, parental consent, or school authorization at any time. If we determine that a user does not meet these eligibility requirements, we may suspend or terminate the account without refund. By using the Services, you affirm that you are fully able and competent to enter into these Terms (or that your parent/guardian has consented on your behalf).

2. Account Registration

To access certain Services, you must create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms.

3. Courses and Services

• We offer paid online courses, which may include video lessons, quizzes, assignments, downloadable materials, and other content.
• Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course(s) for personal, non-commercial use.
• Access may be one-time purchase, subscription-based, or recurring, as specified at checkout.
• We may offer additional services (e.g., coaching, certifications) in the future, subject to these Terms.

4. Payments and Fees

• All fees are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy (Section 6).
• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• For subscriptions: Your subscription (if enabled) will auto-renew until canceled. You authorize us to charge the recurring fee to your payment method.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, with notice for existing subscriptions.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, materials, and Site features are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, share, sell, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account is prohibited and may result in termination of access.

6. Refund Policy

• No refunds after 14 days from purchase or after accessing 10% of the course content, whichever comes first.
• Refunds may be issued for technical issues at our discretion.
• Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no prorated refunds for partial periods.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes.
• Interfere with the Site or other users.
• Upload harmful content or spam forums/discussions.

8. Third-Party Integrations

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee specific results from course participation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the prior 12 weeks.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these Terms, without refund.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
